Ingredients: Lemon Balm, Oat straw, Alfalfa, Burdock, Licorice, Raspberry Leaf, Red Clover, Skullcap, Yellow dock

Suggested Adult Serving: 2-3 teaspoons twice daily of the powder. Of the tincture, 20-30 drops twice daily
